Shipping & Production Policies
Thank you for supporting my one-woman small business based in Enterprise, Alabama! Every piece is handcrafted with care in my home studio.
Production Times
- Ready to Ship: Items in stock ship within 1–2 business days.
- Made to Order: Please allow 1–4 weeks for production before your item ships.
- Custom Orders: Require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due upon completion and your approval of the piece.
- Note: Choosing expedited shipping speeds up the delivery time, not the production time. If you have a firm deadline, please contact me before ordering.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders over $100 items require a signature upon delivery.
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Priority: 2–4 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
International Shipping
I currently do not ship to the EU or Germany due to specific packaging and recycling regulations.
- UK Customers: Per shipping regulations, jewelry containing precious metals or stones must ship via FedEx or UPS (additional costs apply).
- Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for all VAT, customs fees, or import taxes. Items are marked as "Jewelry" on customs forms; legally, I cannot mark items as "Gifts."
- Insurance: International buyers are responsible for selecting a shipping method that includes insurance.
- Final Sale: All international sales are final.
Local Pickup (Enterprise, AL)
- Fee: $3 delivery fee.
- Location: City Hall Parking Lot (501 S Main St).
- Requirements: Meeting times must be confirmed via phone/email. You must bring your order confirmation and sign a delivery receipt.

Important Details
- Billing Address: To prevent fraud, orders will only ship to the credit card billing address on file. Please ensure this is current.
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. Track your package here: AfterShip Courier Tracking.
- Quality Assurance: For quality control, the packing and shipping process for every order is recorded on video.
- Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, keep all original packaging and the item itself. Do not discard or return anything until the insurance claim is processed, as doing so may void the claim.
- Undeliverable Packages: I am not responsible for incorrect addresses. If a package is returned as undeliverable, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
- Missing or Lost Packages: We are not responsible for uninsured packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your item, please contact your local post office or local authorities to report the theft or loss.
- Lost/Stolen Items: CosmicDeva is not liable for uninsured packages lost or stolen after delivery. For issues regarding missing mail, please file a claim with your local post office or file a report with your local police department
- For quality reason we record everything on video tape while packing and shipping orders, so if there is a problem we can always go back to the recording and look.
