CosmicDeva Art Studio: Shop Policies
Returns & Refunds
- Jewelry Only: Returns for a full refund are accepted for Jewelry only within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: Laser woodwork, custom/personalized pieces, made-to-order items, digital downloads, pierced earrings (for health reasons), loose gemstones/crystals, and sale items are final sale.
- Process: You must contact us at cosmicdevasATgmail.com for a Return Authorization Number before shipping. Returns without this will be refused.
- Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: If your order included free shipping, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping loss.
- Inspection: All returns are video-recorded during opening. Items must arrive in salable condition; damaged returns will not be refunded.
Cancellations
- Standard Orders: We generally do not accept cancellations as we ship the same day. If a cancellation is granted before a shipping label is created, a 20% restocking fee applies (you receive an 80% refund).
- Custom Orders: Cancellations are not accepted once work begins. If an exception is made, a fee of 30–80% will be retained based on production progress.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requirements: You must provide photos of the damaged item and all original packaging. Keep all materials until the insurance claim is settled.
- Cooperation: For insured packages, the recipient must assist with the 3rd-party insurer's claim process (including signing an affidavit). Refunds are issued once the claim clears.
- Handmade Nature: Slight variations and "imperfections" are characteristic of handmade art and are not considered defects.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for errors in the address provided by the buyer. No refunds are issued for undeliverable packages; the buyer pays all costs to reship.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, CosmicDeva is no longer responsible. Please contact your local post office or file a police report if theft is suspected.
- International Orders: Buyers are responsible for all Customs, Duties, and VAT. If a package is refused due to fees and returned, a 50% restocking fee applies. All international sales are final.
Digital Products
- Refunds: Due to their nature, digital items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
- Usage: You may use graphics for physical products or altered digital end-products. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the original files.
Ring Sizing (I don’t’ make rings at the moment, sorry)
- It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate size (U.S. Standard). We recommend being sized by a professional jeweler before ordering. We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.
