Custom & Made-to-Order Policy
Thank you for choosing CosmicDeva. To ensure we create a piece you’ll love while maintaining our production standards, please review our policies below.
🛠️ General Custom & Made-to-Order Terms
- Final Sale: Due to their personalized nature, all custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or post-delivery alteration requests.
- Production Time: * Wood Products: Generally, ship within 4–14 days.
- Jewelry/Specialty Pieces: Turnaround is typically 10–30 business days, depending on design complexity and material sourcing.
- Note: During peak seasons, production may take longer.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to decline custom requests that do not align with our current timeframe or technical capabilities. We prioritize requests with clear direction, reference imagery, and well-defined design concepts.
- Safety & Liability: Customers are responsible for the safe use of all products. CosmicDeva is not liable for incidents or injuries resulting from product use. For jewelry, we do not work with customer-supplied stones due to liability; however, we are happy to source specific stones for you upon request.
💳 Payment & Pricing
- Deposits: A 50% non-refundable payment is required before work begins.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion and your approval of the finished piece.
- Custom Fees: Pricing for custom jewelry is based on design intricacy, metal choice, and gemstone quality. Custom orders include additional fees to cover the time dedicated to consultation and design.
- Shipping Security: All custom-made items are shipped with signature confirmation. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are identical to avoid processing delays.
🛑 Cancellations
As we begin working on your piece immediately after an order is placed, we generally do not accept cancellations.
- Waived Cancellations: If a cancellation is granted, a fee of 30–80% (depending on the production stage) will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipped Items: Once an item has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
📧 Communication
We value clear communication! A photograph of your completed jewelry will be emailed for final approval before shipping. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number the following business day.
