CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY

All made to order and custom-made items are not returnable!

 

Certain custom orders must be discussed up front before making a purchase. I reserve the right to reject any custom order that I do not feel fits within my production time frame or capabilities.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:

We require minimum 50% non-refundable payment before work begins. The remainder is due upon completion and customer approval of specialty piece. As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations on custom/made to order items because once your order has been placed, we begin to work on it immediately. If you have a question or concern after placing an order, please reach out to us immediately,

In the event we waive our cancellation policy, please expect a fee of 30-80% of your product total, depending on how far along we got on your order. The fee will be deducted from your refund and processed in the same form as your original payment. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accommodate a cancellation.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I respond to definitive and well thought out custom requests with specific imagery and design concepts and/or with visuals for reference promptly before loosely developed ideas without any direction. Custom orders will accrue additional fees for the time spent discussing and designing the piece in addition to production and material costs.

I (CosmicDeva) charge a minimum 50% non-refundable payment upon commissioning and before I start working. The remainder is due upon completion and customer approval of specialty piece.

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations on custom order items. A picture/photograph of your completed jewelry piece will be emailed for your final approval. The balance is payable before shipping. We accept credit cards and PayPal payments. You will receive a tracking number and tracking link the next business day. Be aware that custom made items are only shipped with signature on delivery. Billing and shipping adress must be identically!!!!

Our average estimate is between 10 to 30 working days from the time of sourcing gemstones and material. Of course, this depends on the design complexity and the number of discussions and reviews during the making process. If you have a question or concern after placing an order, please reach out to us immediately. 

The design cost of our custom-made jewelry varies depending on your choice of metal, any stones to be inset, and the intricacy of the design. Most designs will be a few hundred dollars.  The rest of the cost depends on the type of precious metal used, how much of that metal is used, and the number and quality of gemstones the piece has.

Generally, custom made or personalized jewelry costs less than a similar "catalog “or brand name item from the high street jewelry stores. So, rest assured that you are getting exactly what you want at a great price! 

Due to the liability involved I do not use customer supplied stones in my jewelry. If you want a specific stone - I might have one in stock, Just ask

Items made order or custom will have a turnaround time of 5 days- 4 weeks production time!. You will receive a confirmation email when item has shipped.
