  • Payment Terms: All orders, including custom and made-to-order items, must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Accepted Methods: PayPal Express, Amazon Pay, and most major credit cards via Shopify.
  • Financing: We offer Lay-Buy and PayPal Credit ("Bill Me Later").

How Lay-Buy Works:

  1. Checkout: Select "Lay-Buy" as your payment option.
  2. Plan: Use the calculator to set your preferred schedule.
  3. Down Payment: Pay only the initial deposit today.
  4. Auto-Pay: Remaining payments are processed on your chosen dates.
  5. Delivery: Your items ship shortly after your final payment is cleared.

📦 Shipping & Tracking

We process orders immediately to get your jewelry to you as fast as possible.

  • Processing Times:
    • In-Stock Items: Shipped within 1–3 business days.
    • Custom/Made-to-Order: Please allow 5–21 business days for creation.
  • Domestic (USA):
    • USPS Ground Advantage: 4–7 days (Free shipping items use this method).
    • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 days (Available via shipping upgrade).
  • International:
    • USPS First Class International: 1–4 weeks.
    • Note: We do not ship to the EU at this time.
  • Tracking: Keep an eye on your package here via AfterShip.

Customs Note: International orders (especially to Canada and Germany) may be held at the border. If tracking stops updating, please contact your local customs office directly.

🛡️ Insurance & Security

  • Coverage: All US domestic orders include insurance covering loss or damage during transit by the carrier.
  • Theft: We are not responsible for packages once they are marked "Delivered." Insurance does not cover theft from your porch or mailbox.
  • Quality Control: Every order is inspected, and the packing process is videotaped to ensure your jewelry is secure and exactly as described.

🎁 Gift Wrapping

Every order is treated as a gift!

  • Presentation: Your jewelry arrives in a gift box or organza pouch, secured with bubble wrap and tissue.
  • Direct Shipping: We can ship directly to your recipient.
  • Custom Note: Gift wrapping and personalized messages are always free. Just let us know in the order notes!

🔄 Returns & Custom Orders

Standard Returns: If you aren't delighted, please email us so we can make it right.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Loose gemstones, crystals, and made-to-order wood items.

Custom Order Policy:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.
  • The balance is due upon completion and your approval.
  • Please note: I do not manufacture custom rings.

✨ Jewelry & Sustainability FAQ

Q: What is recycled silver?

A: I use sterling silver refined from existing jewelry rather than newly mined metal. It has the same high quality as traditional silver but with a much smaller environmental footprint.

Q: Can you use my own gemstones or old gold/silver?

A: To protect your sentimental items and manage liability, I cannot work with customer-supplied stones or metals. However, I’m happy to source a specific stone for you!

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: No. Because I hand-forge, cast, and paint every item myself without outsourcing, I cannot support mass-production volumes.
