WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We're are based in the USA, Enterprise, AL.
All payment is due in full at the time of order, including special, made to order and custom orders. I accept PayPal payments with PayPal Express Checkout , most credit cards via shopify direct checkout and amazon pay. Paypal has financing options, when you get to their site you can apply for "Bill Me Later."

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Orders will be processed immediately after payment. We ship stock item orders within 1-3 business days. For custom made and made to order designs (rings etc.), please allow 5- 21 business days before shipping.
Items with free shipping are shipped via USPS Classic Mail.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
We offer international shipping options too - you can buy from us!
If you country is not listed, please contact us for order and shipping options.
Average shipping times till delivery:
DOMESTIC ORDERS are shipped via on of the two methods below:
USPS First Class Mail: 3 to 6 days.
USPS Priority Mail: approx. 2-3 day delivery is available with purchase of shipping upgrade.
During holidays or unforeseen events shipping times might be longer.
USPS First class International mail: 1 to 4 weeks.
UPS might have short delivery times.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada and Germany), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation!
Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
IS MY ORDER INSURED
All US domestic orders are shipped with insurance. Only loss or damage thru Carrier is insured. Once a package has been marked delivered, it is considered delivered. Seller is not responsible for stolen packages and insurance does not cover theft.
We are not responsible for theft or errors by your local postal carriers. Please inquire in your area.
GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKING
We do everything we can to make sure our jewelry arrives safely at their destinations. All items are tested by quality control and packing is video taped before shipped. The items are shipped in a gift box and/or organza pouch, securely wrapped in bubble wrap, tissues, placed in a padded cardboard shipping box.
Gift wrapping is always free and we don't know anyone who would not find it special and thoughtful to have something made just for them. Always happy to ship direct to your recipient as well with a gift message. Just ask

At CosmicDeva we are dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. We hope that your purchase exceeds your expectations. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us so we will do our best to work out the problem.
Please note that our custom made, made to order and personalized Jewelry items are Non-Refundable!

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
No, not at this moment - as I am a "One Woman Studio" in Enterprise, AL.
Handmade metalworks © Claudine Tuliszewski - All work is cast, forged, etched , sculptured , kiln fired and completely produced in my studio. I do not outsource for production and nothing in my shop is mass produced, which I take great pride in.

FAQ STERLING SILVER JEWELRY
Q: Can you recycle the metal from my jewelry into your work?
A: I'm so sorry, but at this time I can't.
Q: Can you use my gemstones in your designs?
A: Due to the liability involved I do not use customer supplied stones in my jewelry.If you want a specific stone - I might have one in stock, Just ask!
Q: What is recycled silver?
A: Recycled sterling silver means that the metals I use in my work have been refined from old jewelry and other sources and turned back into usable precious metals instead of mined from the earth.
My metal suppliers purchase their fine metals from a refiner who gets jewelry that has been sold for scrap, melts it down and purifies it so that it's the same as traditionally alloyed sterling silver made from mined fine silver. There is much less impact on the earth which is very important to me.
