Commercial License for one Design, digital file, PNG, printable

COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT
This listing allows you to purchase rights to sell PHYSICAL items you make with ONE of my digital designs.

✔️You MUST purchase ONE license for EACH design you intend to use to make items and sell.

TERMS OF USE:
✔️ By Purchasing this License, you may use one COSMICDEVA design for small COMMERCIAL USE (not more than 500 uses) to create a PHYSICAL end product for sale (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, cards, pillow, bags, phone case, planner, invitation, etc.)

✔️If you exhaust 500 sales, you may come back and re-purchase this license for additional future sales.

RESTRICTIONS

🚫 Not Permitted: Uses:
🚫 You may NOT share, copy, gift or modify our designs.
Each person using these images must have their own receipt of purchase for use.

🚫 You may NOT make images of COSMICDEVA’s designs available for digital download, resell or redistribute them AS IS or MODIFIED, in any digital form.

🚫 You may NOT use designs in part or in whole to create any new digital design to sell.

🚫 Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE may you ever sell any COSMICDEVA design in DIGITAL FORMAT even if you purchase a commercial license.

🚫 You may NOT upload files to sell on any Print on Demand or Drop Shipping sites, including but not limited to Printful, Zazzle, Printify, Redbubble, Teespring, Cafepress, Spreadshirt, Spoonflower or Amazon Merch or any others. Therefore, you cannot upload our designs on these websites. No 3rd party printing is allowed.

🚫 You may NOT sell physical Transfers of any kind (Sublimation, DTF, etc) with our designs - if interested in doing so, please contact us for licensing information.

RECEIPT OF LICENSE:
No physical receipt will be given. Please retain your order number & receipt for proof of purchase.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STATEMENT
- We kindly inform you that we are NOT responsible for any intellectual property right infringement on your final product. You should research trademarks or copyrights prior to selling items with our design you make or purchase.

You cannot use our designs for copyright/trademark purposes.

REFUND POLICY:
NO Refunds will be allowed.

All graphics remain property of COSMICDEVA Design Company
